WELCOME TO THE DESERT STORM EUROPEAN FIREARMS ASSOCIATION. THE DESERT STORM ASSOCIATION IS PART OF BZ ACADEMY AND OPERATES AS A NON-PROFIT ENTITY, WHICH MEANS THAT ALL CONTRIBUTIONS FROM MEMBERS AND NON MEMBERS ARE TRANSFERRED FOR STATUTORY PURPOSES.
The main goals and objectives of the DESERT STORM European Firearms Association:
- Promoting various forms of shooting among adults, teenagers, and children.
- Broadly understood popularization of sport and recreational shooting with the use of firearms.
- Conducting educational and cultural activities, in particular, popularizing knowledge about weapons, military, and the history of weapons as well as sports and collecting activities among the public.
- An association of collectors of various weapons, including sports weapons, black powder weapons, weapons for historical reconstructions.
- Assistance in the process of obtaining a firearms license for collecting purposes in Poland.
- Promoting knowledge and skills for the defense of the state and its citizens, rescue, and civil protection.

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
PREMIUM Membership in DESERT STORM FIREARMS ASSOCIATION Include:
- Reduced costs of renting a slot at the DESERT STORM shooting range for 10 EURO/hour (Normal price is 20EURO/ hour)
- Free gun rental if you don’t have yours.
- Reduced ammunition costs if you do not have yours (0.20 EURO/round on each caliber)
- FREE Participation in competitions organized by DESERT STORM.
- 20 EURO discount on BZ ACADEMY shooting and tactical training courses.
- Free 4-hour thematic shooting workshops once a month (Saturday) and the possibility of free use of the DESERT STORM shooting range on the workshop day.
- Access to all DESERT STORM shooting range equipment (baricades / poppers / metal targets / paper targets)
- Free preparatory training for a practical exam conducted by Polish Police in order to obtain a polish firearms license for collectors (Normally cost 80 EURO). Payment only for ammunition at a reduced price.
PREMIUM membership is valid for 1 year from the date of payment.

Joining the DESERT STORM association is very simple and the whole process does not take more than 10 minutes. All you need to do is complete the online declaration and make a payment to the Association’s account. After the payment is credited, the General Council of Desert Storm Association will make a decision on membership in the DESERT STORM Association within 7 days. If the declaration is rejected for some reason (we do a security check), the Association will refund the membership fee within 7 days.
Can I get a Polish Firearms License for firearms collectors by joining DESERT STORM European Firearms Association?
In theory, yes, but the process for a foreigner may be difficult as everyone has to fulfill the same requirements as polish citizens such as:
- be at least 21 years old
- have a permanent residential address in Poland
- have a clean criminal record
- have a legal right to stay in Poland (residential status or visa)
- complete a medical examination – general and psychological (knowledge of the polish language is needed to do your psychological assessment)
- pass the theoretical Police exam about polish firearms and the use of force law (exam is in polish and you need to give 10 good answers for 10 multichoice questions)
- pass the practical Police exam on the shooting range (you need to speak polish to do that)
- have a legal reason to apply for a firearms license – we help with that as being a member of our association makes you eligible to apply for a firearms license for collectors. We’ll issue you a written confirmation if necessary)
